Summary: Advocate for environmental protection through regional investigations and civil society accountability measures
Open Challenge: Participants from any level of experience will get the chance to define their own problem and solutions. The primary deliverables will be a pitch deck with ML Canvas. Providing a proof of concept can also be done.

- Hold environmental violators accountable through an open platform
- Bypass local companies unwilling to disclose pollution emissions for a country-wide visualization

- Physical Planning and Public Works, including main air polluters and surface water bodies, environmental protection expenditures
- Mortality and population data from the The Hellenic Statistical Authority
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
- Participation in the development and implementation of the environmental policy of the state in order to preserve the unique nature of Greece, minimize the negative impact on the environment, and improve the quality of life.
- Strengthening the role of civil society in the life of the country, the development of environmental education, worldview and education.
- Development and implementation of environmental programs, projects and activities.
- Involvement of the population in solving environmental problems, involvement of activists and volunteers in the activities facilitated by the Platform
- Education of respect for nature in children and youth.
- Strengthening the role of public control over nature management.
- Development of international cooperation to solve transboundary environmental problems.
- Increasing business responsibility for environmental violations.
- Widespread environmental modernization of obsolete industries
The aim of the Challenge is the participation in the development and implementation of the environmental policy of the state in order to preserve the unique nature of Greece, minimize the negative impact on the environment, and improve the quality of life. We also want to strengthen the role of civil society in the life of the country, the development of environmental education, worldview and education as well as the development and implementation of environmental programs, projects and activities. We also want to involvethe population in solving environmental problems, involvement of activists and volunteers in the activities facilitated by the Platform and the education of respect for nature in children and youth. Finally, we want to strength the role of public control over nature management, increase business responsibility for environmental violations and widespread environmental modernization of obsolete industries
